Important Information – Please Read

Welcome to a special week of residential camping in a beautiful field in County Wicklow, Ireland. This retreat is all about connecting with nature and each other in a warm, supportive environment. The exact location will be shared with ticket holders upon booking, and participation is limited to 50 people to keep the experience intimate and meaningful.

What to Expect at Camp;

Community Living, Campers set up tents in circles around a shared fire, creating a cosy and inviting communal space.

Basic Amenities, Water, firewood, showers, and toilets will be available.

The camp is an alcohol- and Drug-Free Environment, This is to ensure a safe and inclusive space for all.

Communal Cooking: Meals are prepared over campfires, with each camper contributing to one shared meal, cooked together with 1-2 others. Bring enough food to cover your turn!

Technology-Free Zone: We encourage you to disconnect from electronic devices. Phones may be used discreetly in the nearby car park, outside of camp activities.

Daily Activities Morning Constellations Group: This closed group takes place every morning and all participants are asked to attend. Led by facilitators Roisin Fallon, Liam MacGabhann, Rici Ni Chleirigh, and Johanne Webb,

Afternoon Workshops: Led by facilitators Liam Connolly, Gabriella Kiss, Roisin Fallon, Liam MacGabhann, Rici Ni Chleirigh, and Johanne Webb, these sessions offer different paths for personal exploration.

Evening and Additional Offerings: There will be other experiences such as a sweat lodge, 5 Rhythms dance, and gentle morning movement, allowing everyone to relax, reflect, and enjoy the surrounding nature.

 

Tickets and Cancellations/Refunds:

Up to May 8th: Refunds are available with a small €25 admin fee. Up to May 29th: Refunds are available with a €50 fee. After May 29th : Refunds can only be provided if your ticket can be resold, and a €50 fee applies.

Ticket Transfer: If you’re unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to next year’s camp one time

Organiser Cancellation: If we need to cancel, all ticket holders will receive a full refund or the option to transfer tickets to 2025.

Privacy and Confidentiality We ask that the location details remain private, shared only among participants to protect the spirit of the camp.

Accessibility If you have any mobility needs, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to help. The field is on a gentle incline, and we aim to make it accessible to everyone.

About the Venue

The camp takes place on a peaceful private farm, nestled by a river and in the shadow of the Hill of Lugh. The land is alive with natural beauty, providing the perfect backdrop for a week of quiet retreat and heartfelt connection. This camp is a beautiful opportunity to step away from daily life, connect with the land, and enjoy the company of like-minded people.
